As the client's business grew, it became increasingly more difficult for their teams to manage membership and data. Their lack of a coherent digital strategy resulted in operational inefficiencies, data silos, scalability issues and low engagement. Despite their efforts in trying various tools over the years to overcome these challenges, the absence of a concise strategy led to inadequate results - ultimately creating more problems while solving very little of their current ones.This client was confident in our team's ability to deliver exceptional results. We developed a strategy before executing a digital transformation that overhauled how they approached future growth internally. This would integrate with different tools such as HubSpot and futureproof the business for scaling up.

WHAT WE DID


We had a clear understanding of their ambition, and with the trust of their CEO, and his team, we commenced the discovery process working closely with their CTO defining the goals and objectives of this project.

 

This came down to laying solid foundations for a cohesive yet scalable ecosystem that grew with the business while effectively managing their data, essential for a data-driven organisation.

 

We began assessing their existing tools and technologies alongside the company-wide usage to identify gaps for our transformation. One of the key advantages of this partnership was our understanding of their business, having been a member of their organisation ourselves., 

 

Due to the collaboration between our team and theirs and the joint clarity on why this transformation was required, we were able to identify risks and potential challenges and mitigate these with the implementation of an iterative process. This allowed us to transform their business seamlessly and securely. Their digital team, alongside our expertise, was imperative in gathering requirements, planning sprints, and pivoting when needed. 

Clear and consistent feedback and input from their team (who rated us 9/10 on average) helped us refine our approach. This long and meticulous process gave our client access to a bespoke business platform that was fully integrated into their ecosystem, with data flowing from multiple sources. It was also standardised and consumed by other applications and partners.

THE OUTCOME_

Over the year and a half of collaboration on this digital transformation, we delivered a successful and ongoing digital transformation that was both approachable and flexible.

Our client now has a comprehensive portal in which all components of their business model thrive while they become a data-driven organisation capable of retaining and sharing intelligence.
