Teque was approached by a charity to help with its digital transformation journey. The collaboration resulted in the revolution of their voucher distribution process.
Previously, the charity had been issuing shopping vouchers to their beneficiaries manually using spreadsheets, which was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors. Teque stepped in and digitised the entire process by creating a voucher repository and an intelligent stock forecasting system.
Now, the system automatically assigns the vouchers to the beneficiaries and distributes them via email and SMS with open and read receipts to ensure the correct vouchers have been successfully sent and received. This has saved the charity countless hours monthly, eliminated mistakes and duplications, and provided accurate reporting data.
